Well, I've been extremely busy in my real life, not to mention the cab world, so I haven't been able to finish my "Cab Cheats" series. This ought to tide you over.
The other day I went to a very nice house to do a pickup. A young couple came out of the house and got in the cab. They gave me the address of their destination, I dropped the meter, and off we went. They immediately started making out in the back seat.
After about five minutes, the guy comes up for air, and asks,
"Hey, if I gave you an extra hundred dollars, could we have sex in the back seat?"
I thought about it for a few seconds, and then said,
"Well, okay... but your girlfriend will have to drive!"
Don't get me wrong, I'm not gay. Just a working man trying to make some extra dough.
I hope to see you out there on the road.
Sincerely,
The Cab Guy

This one always makes me laugh, a classic. There are a number of ways to construct a good joke, and confusing which characters are being addressed or should be responding is one of them. I am curious if you know of a source that puts forth a number of joke structures? You are also a stand up comedian, in addition to being a professional driver.
Johnny,
Glad you liked the joke. I'm happy to have made you laugh.
Actually, all jokes have the same basic structure, the Setup and Punch. The Setup is supposed to "paint a picture," to get the listener thinking one way, while the Punch is supposed to shatter this picture.
The best jokes of all have the simplest setups, with precise punchlines.
A third element can be added, which is the "Tag." The Tag is simply another punchline appended to the joke. As an experiment, see if you can spot the Tag in my joke, or create another for yourself.
